The symposium was attended by prominent figures, including several representatives of the Chamber of Deputies, along with operators such as Kaizen Gaming and Aposta Ganha. Likewise, other guests were present such as Giovanni Rocco, secretary of Betting and Sports Economic Development of the Ministry of Sports; Plinio Lemos Jorge, president of the ANJL; and Ricardo Magri, director of the EBAC.
One of the main exhibitors was Liliana Costa, director of Clarion Gaming for Latin America, who highlighted the importance of ICE Barcelona for industry and government to come together, exchange ideas, promote policies and foster sustainable growth.
"ICE will focus especially on Latin America, with Brazil as the protagonist of a specific program that will include seminars, regulatory updates, networking and strategic debates," Costa said.
He also referred to the launch of "Casa Brasil", a private and exclusive space dedicated exclusively to Brazil. "The Casa Brasil initiative at ICE Barcelona will serve as a fundamental platform to share best practices, develop solid regulatory frameworks and forge the international alliances necessary to end illicit operations and protect consumers. Our goal is to promote dialogue, share knowledge, strengthen regulatory frameworks and offer opportunities for the Brazilian sector to relate to its international counterparts and explore business perspectives worldwide," he said.
Plinio Lemos Jorge added: "The meeting, held in collaboration with Clarion, was an important moment of integration for the regulated sector. We had the opportunity to align the strategic agendas for the largest gaming industry event in the world, ICE 2026, and to strengthen the connections that will contribute to the development of the betting market in Brazil. We have made constant progress and the sector is already consolidating itself as an industry of undeniable importance for the country's growth."
